The seller was responsive, which is a positive. The item arrived after a delay of over two months due to COVID-19. After extended tracking showing the package in transit to Singapore and initiating a dispute, I received a refund. The seller then informed me the package was in Switzerland, so I sent the money back via PayPal. I received the purifier, but the humidity display is broken. I decided to keep it despite this. I also find the device noisy and it only has two speed settings, 2 and 4, with no other adjustments. It either runs continuously or must be turned off. I didn't realize it required filter replacements, which I would need to buy from the seller. Overall, I'm disappointed with this purchase.

The fan's design is flawed, as it moves air horizontally rather than vertically. This causes it to draw air in from one side at the top and expel it out the other side at the top. Because of this airflow pattern, it's unlikely that anything important will be captured by the filter.
