When I opened the lipstick, it was empty. The product was stuck to the cap, and the top of the lipstick had molded to the shape of the cap, likely due to heat. The lipstick is easy to apply and small, meaning it will be used up quickly. We could probably find a cheaper, better quality option, but I was initially drawn in by the attractive packaging.

I received four lip balms and one extra lid, instead of the five lip balms I ordered. A few of them were open, but I'm not concerned about that because I like the quality of the lip balms.

I highly recommend this product; it has a good texture, which helps to apply the product evenly on the lips. It also has a nice scent. The packaging is attractive and well-constructed. The price is excellent.
