The package arrived well packed. The issue is that I ordered the pink one, and they told me it's no longer available in that color. They asked if I preferred a refund or the orange one. I agreed to the orange color, and my daughter loved it, but I'm sure she would have preferred the pink one more.

The item is visually appealing. It arrived with secure packaging.

I liked my mug, it's pretty, they packaged it well, it arrived quickly and in good condition.
