The product is very nice, however, the promised 10-day shipping time is inaccurate. It consistently takes a month, like it always does.

I am very satisfied with the toothbrush. My son enjoys using it. He brushes his teeth quickly, in just a minute, and does a good job. The music is a little strange. I wish there was a way to disable it. Besides that, it's a great product. I am even considering buying one for myself!
