I feel like a diminished version of myself, almost lifeless today. Time seems to stand still, but I long to feel alive again. I wish I could deeply connect with you. If love is just a fleeting experience, I wish it hadn't ended so soon. I remember my hands on your face – it was wonderful, even if only briefly.
