I reshaped it and left it in the sun, and it returned to its normal form. However, it had a strong chemical odor. The bag's base measures 24 cm, with a height of 18 cm. Inside, there's a zipper, two main compartments, and a small zippered pocket. The small handle appears larger in the photos. It has a short, wide textile strap and a second, adjustable narrow strap. The shipping was prompt, with delivery taking 25 days. Overall, it's a standard crossbody bag. I recommend both the product and the seller.
