Therefore, the damage likely originated with the manufacturer, although the seller should still inspect the product before sending it. The diffuser is about the size of a medium coffee cup. It functions well, and hopefully, it will continue to do so. It has a wooden appearance but is made of plastic. Regardless, it serves its intended purpose.
