This is the ideal size. I have just applied it to my dog. I will observe if it remains in place!

The necklace links are intended for training purposes. To use it as a collar, you must fasten the ends of the necklace together. If the necklace is used with sliding rings, the dog or cat could get something caught and strangle itself.
