The article arrived somewhat delayed, and the order wasn't fully fulfilled. The two carabiners and the four suction cups are missing; we only received the panel, which is functional.

I am writing to report that I did not receive the solar charger I ordered; the package contained nothing. I'm rating this with five stars because I suspect that customs in my country is responsible for the theft.
