The product packaging could have been better, as it was just a plastic bag. However, the items inside arrived without any damage. An airbag was included to help the bag maintain its form. The bag itself is great, and I am pleased with it. Shipping was quicker than anticipated. An iPhone 13 fits perfectly, with extra space for things like keys and ID. I will likely purchase the other colors as well.
